Розібратися потрібно де в кімнаті (квартирі, будинку) схід, захід, північ і південь.
Розставити по приміщенню:
Яблуко – на північ
Мед – на південь
Молоко – на захід
Вино – на схід
Ставимо і шепочемо:
Слава Богам сходу (заходу, півдня, півночі).
Запалюємо (якщо тільки є одна свічка) і говоримо:
“Нехай почують мене в царстві всіх Світів. Я запалюю вогонь на вашу честь!»
Якщо маєте більше свічок:
“Нехай почують мене в Царстві Нижнього Світу, Минулого, Пращурів! Я запалюю цей вогонь на вашу честь!”
“Нехай почують мене в Царстві Середнього Світу, Теперішнього, Людей і Духів! Я запалюю цей вогонь на вашу честь!”
“Нехай почують мене в Царстві Верхнього Світу, Майбутнього і Богів! Я запалюю цей вогонь на вашу честь!”
Як запалюємо останню свічку вимовляємо: благословенний. Коло побудовано.
Перед тим як включити мантру: на маленькому папірці написати свій гнів, вкласти свій негатив.
І спалюємо папірець від свічки зі словами: Бригітті вирішувати.
Попіл в вино висипаємо.
Займаємо зручну для себе позицію. Включаємо мантру зосереджуємось на словах, підспівуємо, підтанцьовуємо.
Першу годину Слова Мантри:
Ейсе-седєр-сухеп
судун-судумди-інха-інвідун
Далі 15 хвилин тільки музика.
Останні 1 годину та 45 хвилин Слова Мантри:
Жаще-Iзмаю-сата
якIва-самачи-паєма-такана
Як будете слухати, не стримуйтесь, відпустіть себе, хай тіло мало “потанцює”.Вранці прокинулася, подякувала Вищим Силам:
– в молоко додаємо дрібку солі і виливаємо на порозі (з під’їзду, з вікна хто як може, головне не виходячи з дому);
– мед відносимо під квітуче дерево ( протягом доби) зі словами: “благословенні Боги і мої дари”;
– яблуко під будь-яке на ваш погляд сухе дерево зі словами: “нашого життя прекрасні плоди”;
– вино так само, як молоко виливаємо, але на третій день: “Боги в домі моєму, Боги в колісниці моїй, Боги в човні моєму”.
Зі святом, найгарніші і наймудріші Жінки Всесвіту!

Before turning on the mantra: write your anger on a small piece of paper, put your negativity in it.
Burn the paper with a candle, saying: Brigid to decide.
Pour the ashes into the wine.
Take a comfortable position. Turn on the mantra, focus on words, sing along, dance.
The first hour of Words of the Mantra:

Then 15 minutes only music.

an apple under any dry tree in your opinion with the words: “the beautiful fruits of our life”;
wine is poured out like milk, but on the third day: “Gods in my house, Gods in my chariot, Gods in my boat”.
